You can easily track your order by logging into your Lilöu account and navigating to the "Order History" section. There, you'll find the status of your order along with tracking information if applicable. Additionally, we'll send you a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.

Many of our products are crafted using eco-friendly materials and processes, allowing you to shop with confidence knowing you're making a positive impact.
6. What are the terms and conditions for collaborating with Lilöu Signature?
By entering into a collaboration with Lilöu Signature, you agree to create and share At a minimum1 high-quality Instagram feed post and 1 story, tagging @TheLilouSignature. All content should reflect Lilöu Signature’s brand aesthetic and be submitted for review at least 3 days prior to posting. In exchange, you will receive gifted products along with exclusive discount codes. Should you choose not to proceed with creating the agreed-upon content, you will have the option to purchase the items at the standard retail price. Lilöu Signature retains the right to use approved content for promotional purposes with proper credit attribution. Both parties agree to a 1-month exclusivity period, refraining from promoting similar brands within the same category during this time, and to uphold confidentiality concerning any privileged information. Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days’ prior notice. By proceeding, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
